Bottom tab shows “Create” button for new accounts.

My Question or Issue

Yesterday, I created a new account with a new email. This account is using Duo Premium. I now see a “Create” tab at the bottom of the UI, whereas my previous account does not show this. 

Is this a bug or a feature? Can I remove this tab?

After:

Home, Search, Create, Library

I created an additional account and can confirm it’s present on that account as well.
