Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you clear things up.

As long as you log in with the same account, all of your saved music (including likes, playlists, albums...) will show in any version of the Spotify app (desktop/mobile/Web Player). You can find your playlists and the rest of your content in Your Library on the side menu. You can learn more about Your Library here.
