I try to play song of these artist blow, the songs are greyed and I don't understand what is the reason for this.

Since the songs appear to be greyed out, it means it’s not available in your area at the moment. Spotify wants all the world’s music and podcasts on Spotify, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.
