Download maximum message despite just 11k songs

I’m on Premium plan.
iPhone 8 Plus. Latest iOS as of today.
Have loads of space left on my device, more than 50 GB.
My account is registered via Singapore (my home), but I currently live in Canada.

I also use Spotify on my Mac mini and Mac Air, but no playlist is set for offline download there. Only on my iPhone, where I use high resolution for the downloads.

I just want two playlists to be available offline for walking / exercising / traveling —

1. one playlist has 9,900 songs
2. second one has 2,000 songs

I understand that the limit now is 50,000 songs across all devices. I’m way below this limit given that I only use Spotify download/offline feature on the phone.

What am I missing?

The limit for offline tracks is 10,000 on 5 devices - that's 10,000 per device.

Therefore, you won't be able to download the two playlist you mentioned on the same device.
