Downloaded musics stop when i am offline

My Question or Issue

Hi! The music that I downloaded on spotify plays for the first 10 seconds when I am offline, but then it stops. What can I do for this? In the past like a month ago, the music I downloaded was playing in airplane mode or without internet.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
