How to make a playlist based on an existing playlist that does NOT contain any of the same songs?

So, when I'm looking to discover new music I want to create a playlist with songs similar to, but that contains none of, the songs in an existing list.

I'm looking for something like to "go to radio", but for a playlist rather than a song.

"Smart Shuffle" does not help because all the new songs are mixed together with the existing songs, which is not helpful for discovery.

How can this be accomplished?

Thanks for posting on the Community.

The closest option to what you are explaining that I can think of is turning on autoplay and going to the end of the list you have in mind. That will generate a queue with a whole new list of songs that are related to the OG list but with no repeats of the songs that you already have saved.
