I can’t remove songs from my offline backup

There are some songs in my offline back up that I don’t want there. When I click on the three little dots by the track, it opens up the small window with options as it should. I can see the option to remove the track there but it’s gray and I can’t click on it.

If I'm understanding correctly, you've downloaded a playlist for offline listening and wish to remove some songs from it.
What I'm wondering is if you're trying to remove the mentioned songs when you're online or offline but I just tested this on my end and it seems to works both ways.

Let's start with some troubleshooting here - try removing your cached data, then log out of the app and log back in. See if there's any difference and let us know 🙂 We'll be on the lookout!
