My Question or Issue

Hello, I hope you are doing well! I am trying to make a second folder for my spotify account using the chrome web browser. I have already made one, but I've forgotten how. I looked up how to, and tried to follow the instructions. However, when I tried to right-click on a folder (my mouse is on the keyboard), nothing happens! I have tried several times over now, and nothing happens still. Could somebody please help me?
