My Question or Issue

I am eagerly waiting for the release of the Mix feature which will allow transitions/ DJ type capability. I dont see it rollout to my account. Is there a timeline by when all users should see it?

I'm already seeing a notification for lossless coming soon (5 years of waiting btw), but still no mix feature or AI playlists? I better get all of these features at once or else I'm leaving Spotify for good. I see people on reddit with the mix feature and even lossless at this point. Totally not fair for the price I pay.

Dear Spotify i would like to suggest a feature where users can set their transition time in settings and when we queue songs the current song fades out and the new song plays by fading in too. Its not like the DJ where you are not sure about the next song it plays. This way we can transition between the songs we choose ourselves. Thank you

Any idea when it will be rolled out to Premium users in the UK? I'm the lead member on a family premium plan. The article just says: "This new feature is rolling out to eligible Premium users" but doesn't give any more info as to who is eligible or over what time period we can expect it.

spotify can you give us a ballpark answer as to when this will release? if not, i’m switching to apple music since ios 26 just dropped. i don’t want to, and ive had spotify premium for almost 10 years now probably, but apple music has the mix feature and the animated album covers now that ios 26 has dropped. y’all should have universally released it before or the same day ios 26 dropped because im sure many people who are wanting for this feature are going to switch to apple music. i’m truly debating on it. please answer and tell us when it will be released

Agreed. Apple Music has a 3 month promotion offer so I am planning to sign up for it and give it a shot, since Spotify is so slow to rollout (even for Premium customers)
This feature will be convenient for parties, starting with Diwali and into the December holiday season.

Actually, I am not too hopeful of this rolling out anytime soon.
I learned today that the DJ AI feature that was rolled out by Spotify https://newsroom.spotify.com/2023-08-08/ai-dj-expanded-new-markets-how-to-use-feature/ almost 2 years ago hasn't yet been rolled out to all countries

1. Might as well take the Apple Music promo offers lol. I dont think it's ever coming at this point smh. Looks like I'll be switching back to Tidal in the meantime until I get this majestical notification in a few years from now lol

Hi, I find the mix feature on my Spotify on my pc but it doesn't feature on all of my playlist. Do you have an explanation why? Is it because that's new and the mix have a limit of song that can be mixed. Just on the big playlist, I can't see it

I know it's not your problem but that really sucks considering I believe im already paying extra for premium access with 0 extra benefit because of "gradual rollouts". Don't see "gradual price increase" anywhere I I look.

I have the new mix feature where you can do your own transitions on mobile but it doesn't work on desktop? or is it just for ios and android till it hits desktop?
