Random music playing in my account

Random music playing in my account

Premium subscriber of 10 years and never had this issue. It has rendered your product completely UNUSABLE and is driving me INSANE. PLEASE HELP

 

No matter what playlist I play, private or public, it randomly keeps getting interrupted and random music that I have never listened to starts playing. It sometimes interrupts whatever I am playing within a few seconds and others times in a minute - completely random. 

 

I have forced logged out all devices from my account. I have reset my password. I have run clean installs on all devices (windows, iphone etc). NOTHING IS WORKING. 

 

WHAT IS GOING ON?!

I recommend reinstalling the app by following these steps, as well as changing your password.

As my post mentioned, I have already tried everything you suggested. None
of these options resolved the issue.
