My Question or Issue

Hi everyone, for about 4 weeks now, the recently played section at the top of the app (8 boxes) hasn't updated. This is happening on both mobile and desktop. I didn't realise how much I used it until it froze! I've tried clearing cache/date, reinstalling, logging out, nothing so far has worked. I'm on a family premium plan and it isn't affecting anyone else on the plan. Anyone have any ideas?

My Question or Issue

The recently played albums/playlists that show up at the top of all Spotify apps and CarPlay have stopped changing their order. They have kept the same order for a few weeks now, with the only playlist I have listened to in that time span at 4th (I play it multiple times per day, on multiple devices), behind an album I played once a few weeks ago, and two other playlists I have not listened to for at least a few weeks. The only update I have seen in weeks is one album randomly showing up in the 7th position after I listened to one song from it once.

Why has it stopped reordering this feature to reflect my listening activity? It used to be so that playing an album or playlist would immediately put it in the top 3 or so, depending on how many songs I've played from it.

I'm having the exact same issue! The top banner with recently played items on my homepage has been the same for several weeks now. It updates if I click "Music" or "Audiobooks", but the default "All" has not changed. The first photo attached is the problem screen, the second shows the update when I click "Music". The problem happens across  all my devices.

We've passed this on to the right team so they can investigate it further. We can’t promise a specific timeframe for a fix, but it’s a good idea to keep the app updated so you don’t miss any changes or improvements!

The recently played artists on my two profiles are not updating, while recently played in listening history is working as expected. Neither on my friend's profiles.

My Question or Issue

Is ther a way to reset it to get it working ok? I already deleted cache and logged in and out of the app, also restarted my computer.
Are there some backend issues happening on the developer side?
