Spotify does not start playing songs or stops playing when switching devices (like smartphone or the Webplayer on the same PC). I have already tried to fix the problem by reinstalling the app, which didn´t help. Spotify is not blocked by Firewall and ther issue affects downloaded and not downloaded music and podcasts.

Could you elaborate on the mention, that you're changing devices? Do you mean switching the playback device from the Connect device picker?
If this is the case, the playback will not continue on the next device without you pressing the play button, as this is the intended way.
