Subscribing to one podcast is adding another to my feed.

I’ve been subscribed to The Bugle podcast for several years. After a recent update, I’ve been receiving episodes from their sister feed, Team Bugle. This includes paid content as well as episodes from other shows in their network. I am not subscribed to those shows. I am not subscribed to Team Bugle. My subscription to The Bugle seems to be responsible. If I unsubscribe from The Bugle, both it and Team Bugle are removed from my feed. I reached out to the producers of the content and they said this is not something they can control; it’s on Spotify’s end. 
Please fix this and declutter my feed!
