Why are certain songs unavailable in the US?

Why are songs such as Hang With Me - Avicii's Exclusive Club Mix unavailable? I can see it in the remixed album but it says it is unavailable? Thanks.

Missing or unavailable music is usually a decision by the artist or label to withhold the content from Spotify. Sometimes it's temporarily unavailable while they sort out legal issues or correct metadata, in which case the music will return as soon as the artist/label resubmits it to Spotify.
