Barking good to see you!
It's possible that there was a recent update to the Spotify app that affected your ability to download your liked songs. However, there could be other reasons why the download button is not available. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check your internet connection: Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, as you need to be connected to the internet to download music from Spotify.
Check your subscription: Ensure that you have an active Premium subscription. Only Premium users can download music for offline listening.
Clear cache: Clear the cache of your Spotify app by going to "Settings" > "Storage" > "Clear cache".
Reinstall the app: Uninstall and reinstall the Spotify app to see if that resolves the issue.
Contact Spotify support: If none of the above steps work, contact Spotify support for further assistance.
It's also worth noting that some songs or albums may not be available for offline listening due to licensing restrictions.
I'm panting for news, keep me posted!

It’s not solve the issue.
Hey @Marcowint,
Could you tell us more about your issue?
Is it the same as @Xana_'s?
If that is the case, has the download button disappeared from all places or just the Liked Songs?
Does anything change if you add or remove a song?
We'd also like to know if you've done any troubleshooting so far 🙂
We'll be on the lookout for your response!
The button disappears only in liked songs. I had to erase the app a week ago and haven't been able to download my liked songs. It's an important thing for me to be able to download all of them since I don't have constant access to internet.
I need help with this issue asap, I've tried everything but nothing works.
Hey @Kolivanic,
Thank you for your reply in this thread.
Based on the screenshot you've sent us, we can assume that you have the newest Smart Shuffle feature turned on on your playlist and that might be the reason why you can't download your Liked Songs playlist.
Once you activate Smart Shuffle, you immediately get customized recommendations added to your queue. New recommendations are added every day - so your favorite playlist will stay fresh.
We'd suggest that you turn it off and check if you'll be able to download now. You can turn Smart Shuffle on or off whenever you want by tapping through the Shuffle button at the top of your playlist or on the Now Playing View. It'll become gray when you turn it off.
You can find more info about the Smart Shuffle in this article. If you have any input about this new feature - you're welcome to share it in this thread as your feedback is important to us!
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions 🙂
I had the same issue. I was able to fix mine by taking off the smart shuffle. As soon as I turned it off, the download arrow appeared out of nowhere lol. Hope this helps.
Hi, I have Apple phone. I can download songs one at a time but want to download all liked songs, too many to go one at a time. The only step I haven’t taken is to delete the app and reload. When I started that procedure, it gave me a warning that all data will be lost. Does that mean I’ll lose my liked songs list and all my playlists?
