Why cant i play my music anymore when i click a track i get a short playable amount like an advert?

Why can't I play my tracks anymore I keep getting just a few months of playable music like an advert when on this free account I used to get the entire  song had this for years got 1000''s of songs on my play lists so what now do I have make a new account and start this collection  all over again?  Kinder pants if that's the case I mean who wants to spend their days fixing a mistake like that?????!!!!!

Could you let me know which device this is happening on, as well as the operating system you're running? Also, let me know if you're on Free or Premium.

Additionally, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? 

If that doesn't help, let me know if this happens on certain tracks, or if it happens when you use certain network connections.

It's an s5 android SM.G900F 6.0.1.

Yeam it's the free account have they changed the package thing or something I done the clean reinstall didn't work.

It's a shamed Spotify was so cool even with the ads.
