We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I’ve listened to a podcast every night of this year yet nothing in my wrapped for podcasts. Why is that?

The problem I'm experiencing is that when I try to open the wrapped, a reload button appears, but it doesn't work. And when the wrapped opens, it skips through all the "stories" at once and stops on the sharing screen.

Someone used my spotify Account to listen to Music i didnt want to hear. can you delete this type of music and change my wrapped

How do you find your top podcast for 2024, has it been taken off spotify wrapped? I can't find it

The one song I listened to nonstop all year did not make my list or any of my top song lists. I know I actively listened to this song multiple times a day. How is it not in any of my wrapped?

Seen some comments that the Wrapped was strikingly inaccurate, was about to unsubscribe then I saw that others also experienced this. It said that my top 1 song was listened only 13 times??? How so if I always use your app. So disappointed.

My Question or Issue

the spotify wrapped is out but it's not mine. There are artists and songs that I've never heard or seen. Can I have my real spotify wrapped?

Part of my Spotify wrapped isn’t showing up.
Specifically the part that tells you the top genre for different months. I only have my top artists and top songs. The app is already updated and I uninstalled Spotify and redownloaded it and it’s still missing. I also know for a fact I listened to enough music

I’m looking through my wrapped and the data seem inaccurate. For example Burna boy was my 4th most listened to artist but I’m looking through my Top 2024 songs and there’s like 2 songs from him in there.

Ive been listening to dungeon and daddies for over 300hours or something at least im sure.. Why is it not in my wrapped i was waiting a whole year just to see that since i dont listen to music as much...

My wrapped playlist and my wrapped story is missing my actual most played song, and isn't fully updated. 
I have listened to the same song 5 times a day for 3 months straight, and it isn't in my top 100, while my most played song on wrapped says that that has been played for 103 times.
Next to that , there are songs in my wrapped playlist I haven't even listened to this year.

I listen to Katy Perry every single day but she wasn't even in my top100. How it can be? Please fix my list.

Also i have tried to log out and then log in. I had this same problem last year and didnt get my wrapped at all. I would like it to be fixed, thank you

I just opened my Wrapped and only 2 of my top 5 songs are correct unfortunately. Same goes with my artists. For example the second song on my top 5 songs should’ve been “We Didn’t Know” by Whitney Houston but it is not there and instead the third song is another one which has less streams than the song that should’ve been in its place.It is on the list but lower than it should’ve been.The third song on my top 5 songs list; “About Last Night (Intro)” by Mabel is int the third place where it should’ve been on the bottom of the list. The song “King of Everything”by Madison Beer is in fifth place instead of its original placement and “it’s ok the cry” by SOPHIE should’ve been on the fifth place.I understand that the list is made from the amount of times I listened to the song but in the end not every song is 3 minutes long. The song “We Didn’t Know” by Whitney Houston is 5 minutes and 29 seconds long. Due to this the amount of times I listened to it is lesser than some of the songs but the total listening time is way higher than most of the songs that are above on the list that was presented to me. The songs should not be listed by the Amount of times the user listened but with the total listening time which is what is the case on the other parts of the Spotify Wrapped.same goes with the artists. SOPHIE and Whitney Houston is not on the top 5 while SOPHIE( roughly 6300 minutes) should’ve been the first and Whitney Houston (around 4300 minutes) in top 5. I do understand that mistakes might occur due to the simple fact that “Spotify Wrapped” is one of the most highly anticipated events that everyone waits patiently which might again explain the mistakes that might happen along the way but nonetheless I as a user do still wait for my Wrapped to be accurate. I will be waiting for a response and I apologise for any grammatical mistakes as English is simply not my first language. Thank you in advance.

A support robot just told me that Wrapped is only available on the mobile app. I use desktop and have been able to view wrapped on desktop in previous years.

Same here! I listened to one artist like one time and she is in top 5- makes no sense.

There is a chance it’s not showing for you, but if you click the wrapped tab in your Spotify homepage you might see your artists’ clips, they might be there, if not I am unsure why it won’t show for you.

Hi! I had a problem with the wrapped this year, The number of minutes is wrong because I spent the whole year listening approximately 6 hours a day and I only have 28,000 minutes?

I would like to know how the counting system for wrapped is based or if there is a solution to the problem
