Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

This years wrapped was not as good as years past. It seems weirdly obsessed with AI and also very skewed to the second half of the year. Bring back the fun stuff like “where in the world has your taste” also top genre and funny little details. Bring back the creativity people

My Question or Issue

This year and last I’ve had an issue where I get none of the animation and miss out on some of the stats given through the wrapped, with each one just being a still image with arrows on the sides that I have to click through, does anyone know what’s going on here?

Ive opened up Spotify on all of my devices and my wrap isn't even showing, no notification, no pop up, nothing

The third to last Spotify wrapped slide will load the first sentence, then just start buffering and not load the entire rest of the slide. My artist clips also won’t load at all. I made sure I was on the latest version of the app and IOS and it’s still not working. I also restarted my phone, closed out all my tabs and restarted my WiFi and it still won’t work after that, either

Hello I my top two are very wrong i should’ve have Sabrina carpenter as my top artist because I listen to her music a lot same with BoywithUke and I got the same as 2023 which is unrealistic.

My Spotify was hacked this year and a load of songs I'd never even heard of were played on a constant repeat, now my Wrapped is say I play 36000 minutes of music when I never did and my 2024 playlist is filled with all these songs. What can I do if anything?

My Wrapped is completely inaccurate. Wrong counting of minutes, artists I've never heard of before...How to fix it???

My spotify wrapped is not animated. I have the iPhone 13, the latest update of Spotify and I tried accessing it both through the app and through the internet link, but I haven't found a solution yet. I don't know if the problem is in my app settings, but I haven't changed anything and never before have I had this problem. It would be nice to see the animations instead of having to click through the stats like it's someone's Instagram story 🙂

Yep, had the same thing happen to me, messed up my entire playlist with songs I've never heard of, you may have also been hacked

I've had spotify wrapped every year. This year i can't see a wrapped because it says i haven't listened enough. I listen to spotify almost on daily basis. I don't understand why i don't have a spotify wrapped... i have the latest version of the app, android, in The Netherlands. My boyfriend did see his wrapped and i can't.

I didn't get a message from my top artists and I'm a top listener (taylor swift )

I just got the evaluation from August, September and October, didn't say anything about all the previous months. Also I think it just counted the minutes from these 3 months. I have had Spotify for over 7 years and the Premium version for over 2 years now, with the same account all the time.
