Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I also similar facing the problem of not showing my Spotify wrapped instead I run the latest version of Spotify app. I don't know what the problem is 😭 😭

I’m a little disturbed because my wrapped is saying my top Artist is Morgan Wallen and I have literally never listened to Morgan Wallen. I actually have him blocked. Could this mean someone else is using my account? Everything else seemed accurate.

tired multiple times  now to see my wrapped on both laptop and phone yet it will now show up. I've had people send me links to wrapped but when I use my phone to go on it says ''Couldn't Open Link, Spotify can't open this type of link on this device' bare in mind that this is the only year that wrapped hasn't worked for me. Someone need to fix this from Spotify because I genuinely might leave the app for good. (oh and I pay for the app which is even more disappointing from Spotify considering im paying a lot of money every month.)

Uk.Ios. In my top 5 artists there seems to be a mistake, i rarely listen one of my top 5 artists and none of their songs are in my top 100 playlist. How are they in my top 5 if i rarely listen to them and none of their songs are in my top 100?

Yup same, it said Chappell Roan was in my top five and that is definitely not true lol. I checked out stats for Spotify and she was barely in my top 50. I also kind of wish for top songs they'd bundle any that are from one album so it's not just one artist showing (I went on a real Mk.gee kick so it only has him, sigh).

I experience large differences between the new WRAPPED and STATS and my memory.

it seems like wrapped is making statistics on much fewer data… most of my top5 are wrong…

Does others have same problems?

I can't find my Wrapped and don't know where to find it.  My Spotify is updated and it just won't show up.

I have a somewhat strange problem, what happens is that the images have a black background and the letters are black. I literally can't read anything from my Wrapped

I am totally disappointed with my 2024 Wrapped feature…. I have listened to Metallica, Van Halen and Bon Jovi more than any other artist, however still my top song is a random choice and not matching to the songs I really listened to the most. Secondly, Van Halen does not even feature in my top 5 artists… which makes me think whether Spotify has deployed bots who will randomly select whatever they want and not care for a customers preferences and trends. Totally totally disappointed with Spotify and thinking to part ways and opt for Apple Music instead.

My podcast minutes and top podcast stuff isn’t in my wrapped and I know for a fact that I listened to a lot of podcasts, other people have their podcasts minutes too while I don’t.

my name is Celia, my account is premium and my device is iPhone. The issue I have is that songs and artists that I have listened to maybe once or twice somehow are my most listened to. And the video is now a slideshow as it seems to have glitched. I closed and opened the app again and nothing changed. The same thing happened to me last year and it seems the issue hasn't been resolved.

I'm sure everything in my retrospective is wrong, the top 5 songs and artists, the minute count and even the playlist. The artist I listened to the most this year doesn't even appear in the ranking, and the songs from her album don't even appear in the playlist. I did the count manually, for months and I'm sure of what I'm talking about, I want a new retrospective!

Same here, I listened to a ton of ABBA and Daft Punk at one point in the year and though I can see it on Stats.fm it's not on my Wrapped at all

My artist of year is Backstrees Boys, but i had not heard them in all year, in the list of my most played songs 2024 theres any song of them. Whats happen??! Please help!!!!

Mine is flat-out wrong and there's visibly a lot of data missing when I compare the Wrapped to Stats.fm.
