Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Hi,
For some reason it seems like spotify stopped tracking all my song entries at around july/august, and i have no idea what"s causing this issue, can this be fixed?
I would love to see my actual spotify wrapped

I got a similar problem, basically my phone doesn't/can't update apps anymore because it's old and slow meaning spotify hasn't really updated for quite a while. I'm not able to see the 2024 wrapped video on phone and can't seem to access it anywhere on PC. I had the same problem last year however I was able to access it on my PC.

My Spotify wrapped is 50% wrong, songs by artists I have never heard of or listened to and songs that don’t appear on any of my playlists. It also has got the amount of minutes played very wrong as I know I listen at least 2/3 hours each day. Not sure what has gone on for the killers and the strokes to apparently have been on constant rotation for this year and occupying my top songs 2024, despite my top artists being Beyonce, Taylor swift and Billie eilish?!

My Question or Issue

I can't see listenimg evoultion in my wrapped this year despite I listened to music about 90,000 mims this year according to wrapped.

Why is some random old artist from the 70s my number 1 artist and then the rest are rappers. I never listen to him if at all. 2k minutes? I would at least remember one of his songs. pls take him off my wrapped and adjust everything accordingly, I’m gonna cruzz.

I don’t have a podcast section in my wrapped this year, i don’t understand why.

I've seen that some people have access to all of Wrapped, but I'm missing the entire section of Podcasts in Wrapped. What can I do?

I'm using the app (Version 8.9.96.476) on Android 14. I'm part of a Family Plan and live in Germany. I've used Spotify on my phone aswell as my PC. The Wrapped on my phone only shows me music. On my PC it's not available.

I have the family plan and I think some of the songs that my family was playing got put into my Spotify wrapped because some of the songs I’ve never heard of before

All (or most) of my friends have received their spotify wrapped and I haven't. I do use desktop Spotify, but I got a wrapped last year, so that shouldn't be an issue. When I go to the wrapped website, and it takes me to Spotify, there is no Wrapped to be found. Help please! Is Spotify slow releasing them?

Yep same here. Mine was totally wrong. I listened to one artist for two months straight and he was barely mentioned. And my minutes listened is definitely too low. Very disappointed I was looking forward to this

o artista que mais escutei no ano sem dúvida foi o Don Toliver. 
e o mesmo não apareceu, apareceram cantores que parei de escutar à um bo

I have the same problem. My top 5 artists are definitely wrong as well as my top 5 songs... it is so disappointing especially as a premium user
