전 이미 프리미엄이용자입니다 노래를 잘듣다가 갑자기 요금제가입뜨면서 재생이되지않습니다.

홈페이지 와서 로그인하니까 여전히 프리미엄 이용자라뜨고 앱재삭제후 다시깔아도 이상태네요.

Just to confirm, do you mean you're seeing a pop up that's causing issues? Or are you having trouble playing music despite being on a Premium subscription? The more details you can provide, the better.

 

In any case, let us know the make, model, OS version and the exact app version currently running on the affected device. 

 

Lastly, you could also try performing a clean reinstall of the app as this can help solve cache related issues.
