Albums won't load and music does not play when not connected to wi-fi

My Question or Issue

Hi there. When I am not connected to wifi, albums do not load and I cannot play any music thats not already downloaded. The image of the three 'loading bubbles' persists and search results never appear.  

This issue has occured for quite some time. I have already completed the following and has not fixed the issue:

1. Updated my version of Spotify

2. Logged in and logged out

3. Deleted and re-installed the app

4. Ensured Data is enabled in Spotfy Settings

Please advise.

Hope you're doing great!

Does this happen in any wifi you connect?

Could you maybe try with a different Spotify account to see if the same thing happens with it.
