Can't get to download songs in premium HEEELP! - Iphone 5

Guys, i've been having this problem with Spotify Premium since I got it. I can't get albums/songs to offline mode (download) it always stays with the grey down arrow as pending but never goes green!!! I don't know what to do here and I love Spotify but this situation is cuite dissapointing. Thanks!

have you tried exiting out the App and opening it up again?

I ve tried everything, even deleting the app and instaling it again. I have 2 albums to listen online (with the green arrow) and thats it after then I couldn't get not even one more song. I got iphone 5 and I travel a lot so this is really important for me.......
