Crackling on iOS 26

As if a couple days ago, anything I play via Spotify is crackling. at first I thought it was my phone, but then I realized that I could listen to YouTube and other things just fine. I have cleared the caches and downloads within the app settings and restarted my phone. I have the latest update. What else can I do?

Thanks for all the info you've sent so far. We've passed it on to the team so they can have a closer look as well. While we can't provide a specific timeframe, we'll keep you posted here if we have news to share.

In the meantime, you can try turning off Spatial Audio / Dolby Atmos or any other sound enhancing software or settings on your device to see if it makes a difference.
