Hello again. I talked to my friends who are members of the Spotify family account. I told them to log out of all devices and delete the downloaded songs. I just tried downloading. Again I encountered the same error. Thanks...

Hi @alialperen,

Thank you for your reply!

In this case, the 5 device limit applies only to your own account and not the accounts of your Family Plan's members.

With this said, could you try downloading music after connecting to a different WIFI/ mobile network?

Let us know how this goes.

Hello again, I have the same problem when I try a different internet connection. The application got into a bug for a while. It took a very short time to download. When I stopped it gave the same error again. Now the error persists. Thanks...

Hi @alialperen,

Thanks for the post.

Can you check if Spotify is granted all permissions from the app settings on your phone?

Cheers.

Hey @alialperen

Thanks for getting back to us and for your patience while we're looking into this.

Can you confirm the exact OS version of your iPhone XR along with the exact Spotify version you're currently running?

Keep us posted.

I mentioned it in previous comments. The device I am currently using is iPhone 12 Mini 64 GB. My current iOS version appears to be 14.8. My current Spotify version shows as 8.6.62.1035.

Thanks.

Hi again @alialperen

Thanks for the info.

Looks like the issue might be related to your specific setup since we haven't received any other reports about this recently.

At this point and if you're willing to, we'd suggest performing a factory reset on your device to see if it helps.

Let us know how it goes.

Hello.

I also did an in-depth research on the subject and as you said, no one has had such a problem before. As you said, I will reset my phone as soon as possible, install a clean device and Spotify and get back to you. Thank you very much for your experience and interest.

I wish you healthy days...
