Hi, for a few days I have not been able to see the songs / albums recently played on the home page
why?

I Tryed to reinstall Spotify but don’t work

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn’t work, let me know the make and model of your device as well as the software version.

Thanks for your patience as I took a closer look.

Could you try logging in on another mobile device and see if you can see your Recently played there or to ask a friend to log in with their account on your phone?

 

Also, I would recommend do another clean reinstall of the app, which is a bit different than a normal reinstallation. Check out this article for the steps on how to do that.

I can’t try to log in another device, i try to do another clean reinstall but it doesn’t work

Could you log in to Spotify on the Web player to check whether you see the Recently played?

Can you attach 2 screenshots for me - one from the Recently played you see in the Web player, and one from what you see in the app, because this will help me with further troubleshooting.
