Songs delete after download to iphone 10.1.1, 6S

Hi, 

Downloaded songs from spotify won't save to my iphone app. I go through the download, put it into offline mode, and the songs delete. I have the most recent iphone update and spotify version. They download, and when I go to "offline" mode, all the downloads delete.

I've tried:

1. Redownload- happened again.

2. Deleted spotify, went into settings/general/storage, deleted spotify. reinstalled, downloaded, songs deleted after offline mode.

3. Repeated step two, but turned off/on iphone before reinstalling and redownloading, songs deleted again after offline mode.

4. Repeated step 3, downloads deleted after offline mode.

Any info? Very frustrating, thanks.

these are some steps to identify (and hopefully solve) the issue:

• you can sign out of all devices here.
• try listening on a different device to see if the same problem occurs.
• try logging in from a different internet connection.
• try logging in with your username instead (if you didn't create your account with facebook)
