Spotify Carplay playing songs not on playlist

When playing a playlist in Apple Carplay, Spotify displays a playlist name, which makes it look like the playlist is selected, but plays different songs that are not on the playlist. It is confusing, because it is playing songs are by the same or related artists.

Unfortunately, I do not like any of the songs it plays randomly. How do I prevent this behavior?

We'd suggest you restart your phone and your car. It's also a good idea to make sure that Spotify is on the latest version.

If the issue persists, you can also try with a different USB port. Are there any changes?
