My Question or Issue

I’ve been trying to play my Daily Mixes on Spotify and repeatedly getting the same message. The mixes won’t play. Have seen that other people have experienced the same issues but can’t find a solution. Any help / advice would really be a appreciated! I feel bereft without my daily mixes ☹️ Thanks.

Hey @Cosmicboy1969,


I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hi Luke, i did the reinstall and the daily mix lists are working fine now! Thanks so much for the help and advice. Simon

I aam suddenly getting the same message with daily mixes.  I tried logging out and logging back in to my account as well as restarting my phone.  If I un-install the app and re-install, will I lose all my data?  ( ie- the daily mixes are great for me because it's built on my listening history).  Is there another way?

Please try a reinstall like it's shown here.

When you reinstall Spotify, none of your data will get lost 🙂
