Unable to Connect iPhone 4S to spotify with cable.

Hi, I cannot connect my iPhone to spotify to sync my music. I have tried wireless and with cable. I have unistalled both applications on my phone and PC and no fix. I have restared the devices and signed in with the same details and still no connection.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Can you make sure:

- Both your PC and iPhone are directly connected to the same wireless network. 

- Your windows firewall (or other security software) is temporarily disabled. 

- You are running the Spotify desktop client as admin, by right clicking on the desktop icon and selecting "Run as Adminstrator" (make sure Spotify is complete closed when doing this)

- You are logged in using exactly the same details on both clients.
