Upgraded to premium account but on my iPhone it says I'm not premium

Upgraded to premium account but on my iPhone it says I'm not premium

This is very annoying and frustrating. What's causing this issue and its obvious multiple people have the same problem. How do I fix this

Hi, uninstalling and then installing the app again normally solves this issue 🙂

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work for me. HELP.

OK, first of all make sure your account is premium - just go to your account page and check 🙂

 

However, there is an outage at the moment which may be causing login issues, so please keep trying!

Yes, it is a premium account. I will wait a bit longer until the outage is resolved...but it is still not working 😞

Try logging out of the app, fully restarting your device and then logging back in again.
