iPhone saying Premium is required to play on my iPhone.

iPhone saying Premium is required to play on my iPhone.

I have been playing on my phone since June 2012 with no problem and suddenly 2 days ago it all went offline and says I cannot play anything unless I upgrade to Premium which I already have and am paying £9.99 for the service. How can I get this working again?

Hi, and welcome to the community!


1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still successfully premium?
2) Spotify desktop should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try reinstalling Spotify.
4) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
