Upgrade to Premium from Unlimited charged but not completed.

Upgrade to Premium from Unlimited charged but not completed.

I've been billed for my upgrade, yet when I open spotify, across the top it still says unlimited, and I cannot access it from my phone or turn it to high quality streaming.   Yet, when I go to Help > Account the status shows that I do in fact have a premium account. 

 

I have tried restarting the program a few times, and I have also given spotify 2 days to allow the transaction to go through (if that might be the issue).

 

Whats going on here?

Please have a look in your inbox as I've just sent you a direct email about your account. 

It is working, but just billed me for an additional $10. Could we get that fixed too?
