Can't cancel subscription

When I go to my account page it says I am using Spotify free and that there isn't a credit card registered to my account.  Unfortunately I trusted this was true and that I had canceled my account after my free 30 day trial but now I see that for that past few months I AM being charged on my Visa.  There is no way I can cancel because according to my account I am NOT PAYING.  This needs to be dealt with immediately as I do no want any more charges on my Visa, and I feel that it would be appropriate for me to be reimbursed any charges!

Hi, please contact Spotify directly using this Support Form for billing/cancellation related issues. If you'll reply to the email from Spotify, even if it's from a no reply address, you should get a response within 24 hours. They will help you sort out what's going on with your account.
