I cannot pay the 3 month promotion with PayPal

when I try to pay the 3 month promotion using Spotify, everything going fine till I push the button "Accept & Pay" in the PayPal site. No error comes up and the process to pay start again. I'm wrapping in a loop trying to pay

Any help?

My Paypal account works perfectly; I don't have any problem paying in another sites/apps.

Have you tried opening in a different browser? if not try clearing the cache on the browser you use; cookies/history, the lot and see if that helps. Sounds like a fault with paypal though do you think?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Yes, I did It and more...tried in 2 diferentes laptop, one iPad and one Android.

I'am still wrapping around the problema 😞

There could be something wrong with the code in that case. I'd contact Spotify help..

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
