I requested the trial period, why am I being charged?

Hi, I wanted to use the trial period of 30 days, but charged me € 9.99. What I wanted is to use the trial period and then spend a premium. I can do?.

Hi - has the premium trial renewed? If not, you should contact the customer services team using the Support Form. They are the only ones that can refund the payment 🙂
