Premium doesn't work although i payed

Hey,

on September the 24th i payed the last time so my premium account lasts until October the 24th. Yesterday i cancelled my Premium account because i don't need it anymore. The problem is, that all premium features were cancelled immediately although i payed until the end of october. How can i get my premium features back for this month?

Hi,

 

It looks like your account has split and created a duplicate.  This is preventing you from logging into the Premium.  We can remove the duplicate for you - please contact our support team at this link.  You will get an auto-reply, please reply back to that to get the case put back into the live filter.  If you post your case number into this thread, I will be able to chase it up for you.

 

The support team will need your date of birth and the last 4 digits on your payment card.
