Premium purchased but not active in web interface

Hi all,

I've purchased a subscription to Spotify Premium via my mobile device to be charged to my provider. I've received a receipt for the initial charge and premium works on my phone. It doesn't work when I login to the web interface with the same credentials. Am I missing something? Do I have to purchase premium separately for difference devices or is there an issue here?

Can you try logging out and back in again? 

It sounds like the web app is automatically logging you in via Facebook for some reason.

And if you log into your online overview using that username and your Spotify password it doesn't say you have premium?

Hi Peter,

It sure doesn't. It says I have the option to try it for 30 days. Also something else I've noticed (not sure if it's relevant) but when I created my account I never linked it to my facebook account. My mobile app reflects that but the web application shows my profile picture as my facebook picture.

Hi Peter,

Looks like that did the trick. I thought I had told Chrome to not store cookies from Facebook, but I was mistaken. Either way I've merged the accounts and all is working now!
