Recovery of deleted (linked to Facebook) account

I was using Spotify with my Facebook account, and by mistake I deleted it. When I tried to link back my account, my preferences, playlists and else were removed. I found out that my old user ID is 1275519457, is there a way to link back my facebook to that account?

Hi there, that sounds like you broke your account, get in touch with Spotify customer service and say that you have a Duplicate hulk account and theyll transfer your playlists and starred tracks to your current account, it-s not possible to recover your old account,  bear in mind that subscriptions are not transfereable, so youll need to get Premium again.

As mentioned above, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
