Sorry, couldn't find that.

I have had a FREE account for a long time.  Now, when I attempt to connect using the URL that has worked previously I get

"Sorry, couldn't find that."

 

I have cleared my history and deleted all spotify cookies with the same results and tried to log in on a different computer with same results..

 

When I go to spotify.com and try to log in I get the same result.  Has FREE Spotify been eliminated????

Thank you for the reply! Something happened so my favorite wouldn't work
anymore. Cleared history and cookies, no change. Then I did stumble around
and clicked on something in the Help (I think) and got back in! I was
successful shortly after I posted the "Sorry", so don't remember exactly,
but I am happy again! Thanks again!

MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED.  I thought I had found another path to my FREE account, with MY playlists.  I had for a short time, but no longer.

I  have been a FREE member for a long time.  When I try to log in using a new Favorite (which worked last week and after the initial difficulty that started this string) I get a screen where I am only allowed to "browse" the albums or genre selections shown.  The screen no longer shows my music or allows me to browse for artists or songs I wish to hear.  Then I deleted my history and Spotify cookies and opened Spotify.com. Now, when I try to log in I get a screen that shows my basic account information and the option to try Spotify Premium.  I'm afraid to re-install Spotify for fear I will no longer have my playlists, created over a LOOOONNNNGG time!  HAS SPOTIFY CHANGED THE FREE VERSION TO ONLY ALLOW FREE MEMBERS TO ONLY LISTEN TO THEIR SELECTIONS????  IF SO, WHY WASN'T THERE ANY ANNOUNCEMENT TO INFORM US????
