Subscription Cancel Error

Subscription Cancel Error

I have attempted to cancel my subscription with spotify 3 times now and I'm still being billed. This error has cost me over $30 now. I have attempted to contact someone, but I never recieve an email after requesting to talk to customer service. *I HAVE SUBMITTED A CONTACT FORM BUT I AM RECIEVING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE*  I am at the end of my patience. I need someone to help NOW or I'll be charged $40. 

 

P.S. - for those who are wondering, I did recieve a screen when I canceled my subscription. It said that I have successfully terminated my subscription. I am still being billed regardless.
