The solved answers for Error 408 Is NOT working

So i have read many texts on how to solve this error 408, I live in canada and ive never traveled and used spotify anywhere else, but yet i have the message keep popping up and im unable to log in. I have alerady tried to edit the profiles country (but since i live in canada it will stay the same), i have tried resseting my password also. Help?

That's odd. Did you change any equipment on your device lately? The IP address of your device must match the country you are in.

If that doesn't help, I'd suggest you get intouch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can take a look backstage for you. You can do it either on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. If you use the latter, make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the community or help pages, even if it's from a no-reply! Support gets back within a day or two.
