When I open Spotify, I get a message that they couldn't charge me.
I got my receipt by email, though.

Thanks for reaching out. It's possible that the payment took a few attempts to go through and that's why you got those messages. You can always check your receipts page to see if everything is in order. If the message continues to appear, consider performing a clean reinstall on the app.
