Can't Cancel My 30 Day Free Trial

I asked how to cancel my free trial and they say to go to your subscription and click the view your options I do not have that button view your option when I clicked free trial on my phone I didn't ask me for anyway to pay when the trial cancels will I have to pay since I didnt cancel or will I just go back to my free trial and NOT pay for anything or if I delete my spotify account will that stop the free trial I just can not pay ?

If you signed up from a mobile device, I suspect you might have signed up for a 48 hour or 7 day premium trial (rather than a 30 day one) which are non renewing, so you won't be billed when the trial ends.

It is worth double checking what your subscription status on your online overview says?:

Yes, I did sign up from my phone, so this may be the case for me.  My acccount says I currently have Spotify Free. BUT - the email they sent me says: "You agree that if you do not cancel your subscription before the end of your trial, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee every month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Spotify account and following the instructions at https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription"  And there is NO cancel button!!.
