duplicate accounts - spotifiy playlists are gone

duplicate accounts - spotifiy playlists are gone

I believe I accidentally created another account. I don't see any of my starred songs or playlists. I am trying to delete the secondary one as help topics suggested me to but I do not even see that option on the website when I log in. Help!

nnelson - Yours isn't a straight duplicate account. However, I've moved some stuff about, so you should see those playlists and starred tracks again.

Who's your Spotify Star?

I am having the same problem...did you get it resolved? I was fine logged in from my phone and as soon as I went to log in from my laptop, it created a new account and it also logged me out from my phone and when I logged back in, it was to this new account...
