Problem with other dispositve connected to my account

It seems there is a dispositive connected to my account and I already removed all the dispositives but sometimes while I am listening to a playlist it shows that there is anothe iPhone connected and the other iPhone keeps changing my songs.

I want just my phone connected!!

We understand your concern about seeing someone else’s device in the connect picker. In this case, we suggest you change your password. If your account was created through Facebook you'll need to change the password from here.

Then, try logging out of all devices again.
