music randomly stopping

My Question or Issue

1. almost everytime i listen to music on my phone, every few songs the music just randomly stops, the song length and progress bar just go blank (image attached), and it doesn’t let me turn the music back on. the songs i listen to are all downloaded so i don’t think it’s a connection issue. the only way i can start playing music again is by fully shutting my phone off and turning it on again. this only happens when i listen on my phone, on my pc spotify works just fine.

is there anyway to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. When did it first start happening? Does it affect all music/playlists/podcasts or only specific one(s)? Consider performing a clean reinstall if you haven't already, as this can help alleviate a multitude of issues.
