10 hours of listening is over? i didnt even start spotifuggle!

this so stupid, i even didnt listen my 10 hours and it says that i already used ? im using Spotify just 6-7 times PER YEAR! im not using it often... not even listening whole song, and every session (login) is liek 2 minutes and just one or max two songs... how the **bleep**ing 10 hours is over?

They allot the 10 hours as 2.5 hours a week, rolling over on the same day each week.

sure. but ask me did i use them? no, two weeks ago i listend ONE song and yesterday one song. total 4- maybe 5 miinutes

Hi angelsevov - You should definitely be getting your full 2.5 hours per week. Does anyone have access to your account details at all?

Try restarting your app and see if it resets.
