12 Month Gift Card Premium Account Reverted Back To Free Account Less Than 2 Months Later

Hi, I had a 12 month gift card which I used on 2nd April 2014 and my account has been working fine.

 

My Spotify account was working and listed as a Premium account this morning but just this afternoon it has reverted back to a free account with adverts?

 

How can I resolve this?

Hi guys.

 

Just to let you know I have removed quite a few posts from this thread.

 

Our Guidelines state "Do not post information or create threads for the promotion or advertisement of commercial products or services" and the posts in question broke that rule.  

 

I would also like to say that we always recommend you purchase your subscriptions through either us, or an official retailer/partner of ours.

So... basically what you have done then 'Greg' is just delete our posts.

Bit pathetic really.. and there was no need to remove any of the posts dedicated to us helping people out.

 

We don't need to 'tout for business' on here.. we're quite good at drawing in clients from all over the world by ourselves thanks.

 

I'd also like to remind you of Spotify's T&C's and that for any code you disqualify for any reason can also be cited against you for breach of those T&C's and the fact that you are neglecting to give the user access to the licence they have paid for.. I'd be very careful.

Down to brass tacks.

eBay in their infinite wisdom, have seen fit to ban us from messaging clients.. only in the event of a case resolution for some bizarre reason.  The reason behind 'not' being a registered account holder is quite simple really, we are neglecting to pay our fees until eBay discontinue the rather baffling vendetta against us.

 

This is EXACTLY the reason WHY we've appeared on here.  Thanks to misinformation and 'conspiracy theories' online:D

 

 

As usual.. we will be delighted to replace any non working code as standard.

You've paid for 12 months.. you will always get 12 months from us.  Feel free to get in touch.

Sorry we couldn't reply on eBay - they really are rather pathetic  so we didn't want people to think we had disappeared.
