12 mesi di premium scaduti in 6 mesi

ho fatto l'offerta di spotify premium tramite vodafone quella da 1 mesi e oggi ero sorpreso perche l'offerta e' scaduta in solo 6 mesi nn capisco perche qulcuno puo aiutarmi ho chiamato l'assistenza di vodafone e mi hanno detto che spotify deve risolvere il problema

I contacted them they said that they can't do anything and that i should contact spotify
